Dennis Bunger 

 District Conservationist

 

Dennis serves as the District Conservationist for the Eaton Field Office.  He has worked there as the D.C. since 1986.  Dennis' main responsibility is implementing all USDA conservation programs.

Dennis directs field office technical operations in providing assistance to individuals and groups relating to resources conservation planning, application, and maintenance of conservation practices.  He is also responsible for directing the implementation of all USDA conservation and Farm Bill conservation compliance programs.  Dennis provides technical assistance to the Preble SWCD in developing and carrying out the Districts comprehensive soil & water conservation programs.

 

Paul Decker 

 Civil Engineering Technician

Paul serves as a multi-county civil engineering technician providing engineering assistance for the application of CO, PL-566 and RC&D practices.  He also provides consultative assistance to units of government, urban land users and consulting engineers.

 

 

Josh Wilt

Soil Conservationist

 

Josh Wilt joined the Eaton field office on June 28, 2004.  Josh was raised in Washington Court House where he worked through high school and college learning horticulture through the growing of annuals, perennials, herbs and vegetables on he family owned greenhouse operation.  He attended Wilmington college and has a BS degree in Agriculture.  On weekends Josh enjoys working with his father on the twenty head of sows they have for breeding stock and showing.
