JASON CHAPPEL
DISTRICT TECHNICIAN
Jason joined the Preble SWCD staff on May 18, 2004 after his graduation from Wilmington College with a B.S. Degree in Agronomy. He is also a graduate of Eaton High School.
He works as a District Technician, taking many different tasks at the office. He assists with Zoning Site reviews and Farmland Preservation applications in addition to doing fieldwork and designs for CRP and EQIP projects. He shares in the office administration duties.
His father and him have a Corn, Soybeans, and Wheat operation using 100% no-till on crop ground, and they have a cow/calf beef operation which uses rotational grazing.
