Kelda Bittinger
District Administrator
Kelda is from Logan, West Virginia. She moved to Camden, OH in 1971 and decided she loves the open country side compared to the hills in West Virginia.
Kelda was hired by the Preble SWCD July 1992 after being employed by a local bank for 19 years. Some of Kelda's duties at the office include managing the office, secretarial duties for the five supervisors and office staff and all the office bookkeeping. Kelda also keeps this web site updated.
When not at work, Kelda enjoys spending time with her two grandchildren, reading and working in her flower gardens in the summer months.
